Alteration of my art or use my art, which includes sketches, WIPs and final pieces, for any technology or tools related to AI, NFTs, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

I retain all copyright over commissioned work, including the right to use or upload commissioned pieces to my portfolio or social media.

Commissioners may upload finished commissions to websites or personal social media accounts with proper credit. You may not claim my artwork as yours or remove my watermark.

Tracing, drawing over, heavily editing, or altering any WIPs or finished pieces is prohibited.

Commissions are for personal use only and may not be used for profit. Reproducing or redistributing my work for commercial use is prohibited.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel it is outside my skill level or scope of subjects I draw.

Full payment upfront through PayPal Invoice. I will not start on commission until full payment is received.

Cancellations with full refund are allowed up until I send the first sketch. Cancellation after that point will only result in partial refund depending on amount of work done.

No refunds after final piece is sent.

Prices listed are base prices only, additional fees may occur depending on add-ons and complexity and will be priced on a case by case basis.

After full payment is receive I will send an initial sketch for approval. Major revisions (pose, composition) are allowed up to two times free of charge during this phase. Additional major revisions, or major revisions made after the sketch phase, will incur a fee depending on complexity.

WIPs will be sent throughout as I progress the commission for feedback, in which minor revisions are allowed. Please be responsive as I will not proceed with the commission until the latest WIP is approved by you.

Final images will be sent via e-mail as a high res PNG and JPEG file.

Communication will be done either through email or discord (preference up to you). I will not accept twitter or instagram DMs as a mode of communication.

All images sent will include my watermark, including the final image. I do not allow my watermark to be removed.

Please allow between 6 to 8 weeks for completion of commission. I will notify you in case of any delays.

Please be as detailed as possible with how you desire the final image to look; any vagueness will be left up to artistic interpretation. If requesting an oc, please provide reference images; I will not accept your request if no reference images are provided.
